I prefer the second one. More contrast, the whites are brighter, the image is sharper and there is a lot less noise. I like photos nice and clean/sharp ( especially when they are of such a flawless subject 😉 ).
But I guess it really depends what you are aiming at. The second one has more of a studio sort of look to it (being so sharp with the good contrast), but the first one looks more grungy/artistic (with all the noise and the colours/greys being so even and almost blurring together).
Just think it loses a bit of detail (mostly in the face again!) in the second one… Burn the face and maybe hands but start with the second one as a basis?
